Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ThePodium Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 477142, with its registered office at 2A Pavlou Valdaseridi, Floor 1, 6018 Larnaca, Cyprus (“Podium”, “we”), handles personal data collected through thepodium.io. Podium is the controller of that data. Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@thepodium.io.

What we collect

When you fill in the partner form we collect the details you enter: your name, email, country, how you found us, messenger details and contact preference, company name and website, brands and their URLs, product category, target countries, traffic channels, budget, tracking platform and any other details you add.

When you fill in the affiliate waitlist form we collect your name, email, country, messenger details, affiliate experience, traffic sources, industry, GEOs, networks, offers of interest, monthly revenue range and any other details you add.

With each form we also store the time of submission, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. These help us spot spam and abuse.

If you email us, including a job application, we receive what you send.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To review your application and reply to you, as a step towards a possible contract with you or your company, and in our legitimate interest in running our business.
• To keep the website secure and free of spam, in our legitimate interest.
• To assess job applications you send us, as a step towards a possible employment contract.

We do not sell your personal data. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who handles it

The website and form submissions are hosted by Hetzner. We use Google Workspace for email, and Telegram to alert our team when a form arrives. These alerts contain the form type and a summary of your contact and company details. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case we rely on the safeguards the GDPR allows for such transfers. We may also share data with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your application or enquiry and for any related legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or to send it to you or another provider. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To use any of these rights, email hello@thepodium.io.

You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Storage in your browser

The site uses your browser’s session storage to remember your place in a form and whether you have seen the intro animation. This stays on your device and clears when you close the tab. We do not use it to track you.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
