Affiliate Manager

Hi! We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and look after our network of publishers and traffic partners.

You’ll recruit new affiliates, keep existing ones happy and productive, and match the right traffic to the right offers. You should enjoy talking to people and be comfortable negotiating rates and terms.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard and activate new affiliates and traffic sources
• Manage day-to-day communication with partners
• Monitor traffic quality and campaign performance
• Negotiate payouts, caps and exclusives

Our perfect candidate has:

• 1+ years in affiliate or performance marketing
• Understanding of CPA, CPL and revenue-share models
• Confident communicator in English
• Organised and self-directed when working remotely

Additional skills:

• Existing affiliate relationships in iGaming, dating, e-commerce or finance
• Additional languages
